Pre-formation
This is where we dive into vision and mission statement formation, board ideation, program visioning, staffing needs and preparation for 501c3 status and temporary fiscal agency. You may wish to elect a provisional board with a founding director in the interim while we search for a board and executive director. This pre-formation period is critical.

Executive Director search/management
Working with key stakeholders, assist with finding the most qualified, engaged and connected person to fill the role of executive director in a local or national search and then outline the scope of their work for the organization.

Staffing and program management
Working with the executive director and key staff, map out staffing needs and requirements and management best practices for organizational effectiveness and efficiencies with an eye on vision and mission cohesion as well as diversity, equity and inclusion.

Volunteer management
Working with key staff, identify and implement efficient strategies for focusing and managing volunteer time in service to the organization with an eye on vision and mission cohesion as well as diversity, equity and inclusion.

 

STORYTELLING

Public relations strategies
Work on print, web and multimedia platforms, engage with media outlets and generate original media to further the story and developments of your organization and its vision and mission.

Internal relations strategies
Develop communications strategies for communicating positively and effectively with staff and volunteers within the organization using multiple platform opportunities.   


Ally development strategies
Cultivate, educate and engage appropriate community influencers to communicate the stories, developments, fundraising needs and importance of the organization and its works to the community through multiple platform opportunities. Provide appropriate media training as needed.
